Area of Expertise:
Provides pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers in an aftermarket repair environment.
Level of Responsibility:
· Contributes to the department or business unit by applying their advanced knowledge of one or more functional areas
· May develop and coach others
May manage moderately sized projects or processes.
Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
Minimal oversight from manager.
Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
Performs duties related to overall customer service including post-sales support. May support sales team by notifying other divisions of customer concerns and trends. Responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of service by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs.
Serves as customer interface on product status and delivery. Maintains knowledge of UTC organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers. Consistently documents customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality.
Experienced Customer Service professional, overseeing response to complex customer inquiries or issues and smooth customer service operations. Responsible for enhancing customer information, communications, and documentation to improve service levels, working with Sales, Supply Chain, and other groups as needed.
· Bachelor degree with 6 to 10 years experience
