Based in Montreal, Quebec you will be the lead for AME Services ensuring proper strategy and planning is in place for a successful transition from bid to project. This includes staffing and equipment necessary to execute the work scope within the contracted period. You also will lead the proposal efforts for AME Services and monitor active projects to ensure all deliverables and requirements for O&M are in place at project handover.

In your role you will:

- Develop robust and standardized execution plan that covers the transition from bid to project execution team, until commencement of service;
- Work closely with Bid department to implement standard transition plan;
- Create standard Gantt Chart, processes, policies, and tools for the Transition plan;
- Ensure the Transition Plan is aligned with Bombardier Gate Review;
- Use best practices and standard written procedure from Global Services mobilization and UK Services;
- Transition plan is to cover all aspects of scope including integration of PI, Overhauls, and O&M;
- Work in close collaboration with Bid Department during Bid Phase to ensure that all the start-up phase items (transition plan) are encountered. Provide guidance and act as a liaison to the Services team;
- During start-up phase (prior revenue service/commencement date) ensure Services deliverables (design phase, hiring phase, etc.) are progressing according to plan until complete handover to the resident team;
- Work with Global Services in documenting lesson learned.


As our ideal candidate:

- You hold an Engineering Bachelor Degree;
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a relevant role;
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- You have excellent English communication skills.
