In your role, you will:

- Understand key aspects of Customer Experience aftermarket strategy with particular emphasis on program management activities, in the context of business transformation
- Contribute to development and maintenance of the partnership landscape & strategic plan for partnership evolution
- Lead or support scaling of partnerships across CX in conjunction with the Business Transformation, business and/or support functions, modeling their qualitative and quantitative benefits and presenting recommendations for decisions
- Lead or provide input into contract negotiations and joint procedures as a way to mitigate future operational challenges, building upon lessons learned from previous program implementations
- Support or lead program implementation processes, with particular focus on stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, process deployment and value creation.
- Coordinate all activities related to partnership contract management and compliance, commercial governance and performance management,
- Lead program recover plans, facilitating resolution of systemic commercial or operational issues through fact based problem solving and developing and executing on comprehensive action plans
- Design and facilitate workshops as required in support of initiatives, process improvements and problem solving
- Develop, implement & chair program management forums, supporting the deployment of the strategic partnership management framework and the best program management practices
- Be an ambassador for strategic partnerships by developing communication and change management plans to support the success and sustainability of the programs


As our ideal candidate,

- You possess an Engineering or Business-related degree. MBA would be considered an asset
- You have 5+ years of relevant work experience. Aerospace experience will be considered an asset
- You have demonstrated experience in program and/or project management of cross-functional initiatives, leading with informal authority. Project Management Professional certification is an asset
- Demonstrated negotiation skills, able to effectively represent the business’ interests and achieve a win-win result
- You have a strategic mindset and agreeable to develop creative ideas/solutions by engaging the business, subject matter experts, and market intelligence to challenge the status quo
- You have strong analytical skills and business acumen – Able to transform ideas and concepts into numbers and business cases
- You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills – Comfortable in engaging external and internal stakeholders, presenting to all levels and being tactful when engaging an operational teams embarking on change
- You are highly structured and organized
- You are comfortable chairing and facilitating meetings with individuals at all levels as well as designing and running workshops
- You are a team player with a strong sense of initiative, responsibility and good judgment and willing to go above and beyond when the need arises
- You think quickly and creatively in a fast-moving and changing business context
- You are proficient with Windows applications: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- You are flexible and capable of proactively adapting to changing priorities or different approaches as required
