We are currently looking to recruit an R&T Governance PRS Lead (m/f), who can be based in any of our main operating locations of Montreal, Canada – Derby, UK – Crespin, France or Hennigsdorf, Germany


Your role is to lead and support the governance framework in the Global Management Office (GMO) organization to support the Product Engine Rolling Stock, Engineering & Industrialization (PRS) to deliver in quality, time, and cost (QTC), more specifically for off-cycle work.

Your Tasks

- Implement governance framework for off-cycle Product Engine design, gate reviews and product reviews

- Deploy and maintain the tiered visual management system globally across the product families

- Develop Product Engine off-cycle governance plan and schedule in alignment with BT President’s office and Chief Project Office

- Control and monitor the overall off-cycle governance process to ensure compliance and adherence to the PRS and business standards

- Participate and provide the overall PRS performance report in gates off-cycle work execution with the off-cycle governance process owner and Regions as required

- Participate and support the improvement process to ensure gap closure and increased efficiency as key enabler for PRS business target achievements

- Ensure and support the quality assessment framework through a very strong collaborative approach with the Global Quality Group


Your Qualifications

- Engineering Degree or equivalent experience

- Comprehensive understanding of governance models and balanced scorecards in a technical environment

- Proven performance working in multicultural and international environments
