Division info:

The Landing Gear Market specializes in the design, qualification, manufacture and repair and overhaul of landing gears and flight critical components to a customer base that extends from the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to the Operators in both the commercial and military markets.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) of aerospace landing gear systems • Perform Safety assessment of landing gear systems per SAE ARP 4761 or/and equivalent military standard • Perform/support investigation of in-field reliability issues. FRACAS and RCCA reporting • Elaborate Reliability and Maintainability plans • Support the definition of landing gear systems architecture in order to comply with the applicable reliability and maintainability requirements • Define and coordinate HALT and HASS testing

Qualifications:

Education Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering • Formation and accreditation on reliability and maintainability is considered an asset Position Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of R&M experience in aerospace industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CATIA is required • Demonstrated Communication and Team working Skills needed to brief top-level management, customers and/or large groups on an occasional-to-frequent basis required.
