Based in St Bruno, Quebec, you will be reporting to the Chief Technical Lead and Global Digitalization.

You will work closely with your colleagues to plan, manage and deliver successful digital initiatives within Bombardier Transportation (BT). These digital initiatives are projects in order for Bombardier Transportation (BT) to better decide to industrialize or not the concept. These initiatives will be run in an Agile Scrum methodology within the best Agile principles.

You will act within the boundaries of the contract with the full power of the Chief Technical Lead and Global Digitalization’s authority to deliver the Minimum Viable Products associated with his digital project. To this effect, you will lead the Agile team in the successful completion of their assigned tasks within schedule, allocated budgets and scope to the required quality.

You will lead the project and cope with the unique challenge of continually focusing on a pro-active management that the functions keep their delegated budgets, meet their schedules and deliver on their obligation.

You will lead the team with the view of the full project including areas outside own division and the overall impact on Bombardier Transportation (BT) performance.

You will be responsible to apply the key Agile Scrum Methodology and the applicable tools for the implementation and will be accountable for the strict and efficient application thereof.

You will ensure that all Project Core Team members have sufficient financial and reporting governance and you will ensure all risks and opportunities are properly addressed and mitigated.

You will have a positive influence on the team and contribute actively to all other activities or projects in order to support the Chief Technical Lead and Global Digitalization’s needs.

In your role you will:

- Be responsible to lead and deliver MVP on specific digital initiatives, bringing the experts and customer as part of an agile scrum team;
- Meet internal stakeholders and identify potential opportunities for digital solution within Bombardier Transportation (BT);
- Digital Education and Promotion;
- Support Bombardier Transportation (BT) digital leadership team to promote the digital solutions within Bombardier Transportation (BT);
- Participate into the education of colleagues within Bombardier so digital solutions are made aware to internal stakeholders.


As our ideal candidate:

- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering or equivalent;
- You have minimum five (5) years of experience within Bombardier;
- You have minimum two (2) years of leadership experience;
- You have minimum three (3) years of experience with Agile Scrum Methodology;
- You possess experience running several projects on level B;
- You possess cross-functional experience either in Bids, Sales, Contracts and Legal, Procurement, Engineering or Operations;
- You are certified Scrum Master (considered as an asset);
- You are certified PMI (considered as an asset);
- You have excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
