  • Close monitoring of KPI’s - mainly: Revenue, Land, Air, Commissions;
  • Design, implement, and oversee key monitoring controls and performance analysis within areas of responsibility.
  • Identification and analysis of financial performance and trends, as well as providing Management with proactive solutions concerning financial performance;
  • Develop effective relationships across all business areas to understand their needs, ensure priorities are identified and support them in their decision making process;
  • Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery;
  • Cooperation and support for financial evaluations of new projects, initiatives, agreements;
  • Post Audits of key projects, initiatives, agreements;
  • Actively participate in the financial planning process;
  • Perform ad hoc, non-routine financial analysis as needed;
  • Demonstrate leadership and commitment toward professional development across the Finance team;

Qualifications

  • CPA Title or equivalent
  • MBA | Bachelors of Commerce, preferably with a major in Finance
  • Minimum of 10 years in an similar role
  • Strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on effective teamwork
  • Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of proficiency in data analysis
  • Strong communicator and presenter with good research, writing, oral and presentation skills
  • Unwavering sense of integrity
  • Entrepreneurial and results driven with the ability to handle heavy workload, competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Industry knowledge a definite asset
  • Bilingual; French and English
