Purpose of the job:
The purpose of this role is to lead technically the redesign project of the AGC TMS. BT works to solve obsolescence issue on the TMS of the AGC.
The responsible is the main interface of the customer for all the technical subjects.
He has to follow all suppliers to verify the conformity of delivery with specifications.
He has to organize the engineering team to deliver on time hardware, software, tests reports and documentation.

Key responsibilities:
• Represent BT in front of the customer for all the technical issues
• Ensure that the development team has all the means to do the job correctly
• Ensure that third part developer delivers on time the due software with quality
• Ensure the coordination between all parties (suppliers, BT UK, BT Fr, testing,…)
• Defines the tests procedure on the train and validates onboard test results in the real conditions.
• Ensure documentation quality
• Support the development team when needed to develop some parts of the software
• Follow the open item list
• Anticipate and mitigate the risks of the project by action plan


• Engineering Degree (Bac+5), preferably in electro mechanics.
• Tipically 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the railway sector
• Significant experience in development of complex vehicle systems
• Control & Command Knowledge (TCMS)
• C++ / Linux
• Automation
• Languages: French – advanced/native, English – advanced is a plus
